PawPapers

Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

Short version: PawPapers has no account and no servers that hold your pet data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. We don’t sell data, show ads, or track you.

Who we are

PawPapers (“the app”) (“we”, “us”) is an independent iPhone app. Questions about privacy: email keelandcharterstudio+pawpapers@gmail.com or see the Support page.

Information you enter

Pet profiles, photos, microchip numbers, medical records, owner and vet contact details, and settings are stored only on your device, inside the app’s private storage. We never receive or see this information. It is included in your device’s own iCloud/iTunes device backup if you have that enabled with Apple.

Things you choose to share

When you create a lost-pet poster, vet summary PDF, pet ID card, sitter sheet or backup file, the app hands that file to the iOS share sheet, Mail or Print. Nothing is sent automatically. You pick the recipient and tap send. Once shared, that copy is handled by the app or person you shared it with (for example Mail, Messages, a vet clinic or a social network).

Purchases

Optional Premium purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate App Store receipts and unlock Premium. RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction information (purchase history) and a random, anonymous app user ID. It does not receive your name, email, pet data, or payment card details, and we do not link purchase history to your identity. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

What we don’t do

Permissions

Your choices & deleting data

You can edit or delete any pet or record at any time, export a full backup from Settings → Backup & restore, or erase everything from Settings → Erase all data. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
